Our Scene Study classes are designed to be taken in ongoing consecutive sessions. There is an initial 12 Consecutive Class commitment required, after which students will be automatically enrolled in the class month-to-month until cancellation has been requested.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the 15th of the current month in order to cancel classes for the next month.

Our Scene Study Classes are ongoing so students may join at any time, however, all classes have wait-lists. If you are on a wait-list already please know that we will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available. The wait time varies, but at times it can be up to several months and sometimes longer.

We have never advertised (not one cent!) and yet have maintained wait-lists for all of our classes for over 20 years. Many students study with us for many years.

TUITION & payment Policies

All Student Families must have a credit card on file and be registered on the Studio Director Portal.

All new students are required to commit to an initial 12 Consecutive Class Session. After the first 12-Class Session, classes are taken month-to-month on an ongoing basis. Full payment for the first 4-Weeks is required to secure your spot.
After your first month, your tuition will be auto-charged monthly on the 20th of every month for classes occurring the following month. (If there are more or less than 4 classes in a month you will be auto-charged pro-rated tuition for the number of classes that are actually in that month on the 20th of the current month.)

After completing your first 12-Class Session, in order to cancel classes for the following month, you must notify us in writing on or before the 15th of the current month or you will be automatically charged on the 20th for the next month. To hold your spot for a future return we suggest you submit a "Break Application" rather than cancel your classes. (See below for more information about our Break Policy.)

If you miss a class, you can make it up in one of our monthly Make-Up Classes! (see below)

Switching to a different class is at the Instructor's discretion and is only allowed after at least 12-Classes have been completed in the original class. If a switch is approved by the Instructor, the Administrative Fee for a switch is $100, and we require at least two weeks' notice to switch to a new class. Once in the new class, a 12 Consecutive Class commitment is required before breaking or discontinuing.

Must be paid upfront. One Makeup class will be offered per session.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your spot. Balance due by April 15th for Session 1, May 15th for Session 2 and Session 3.

Full payment is required on or before the time of your appointment. Private Coaching and Lessons are by Appointment Only. Please email with your request, or click one of the links on this page: Click HERE for more information on Privates.  Cancellation Policy: 24hrs in advance, or else full charge will apply.

Families are responsible for updating lost, stolen, or expired cards. If the card on file is declined, you will be notified via email. If payment is not received on the 20th of the month, there is a 5-day grace period after which you will be charged a $35.00 late fee. Additional late fees of $35.00 will be assessed every 5 days after the initial 5-day grace period has expired until payment has been received in full. We also accept cash or checks, but we still require all families to keep a valid credit card on file on your The Studio Director Portal. There is a $40 charge for returned checks.

There are no refunds or credits of any kind including, but not limited to, late arrivals, early withdrawals, non-arrivals, dismissals, change of mind, and missed classes for any reason. Payments for all services are non-transferable and non-refundable and non-creditable.
