Sharon and her business partner, Fern Champion launched Champion/Lieblein Casting in 2014. They work frequently with numerous producers, networks, studios and streaming companies on features, TV movies and pilots.

 

Some of their most recent projects include: Sun Records (CMT), Phoenix Forgotten (Scott Free/Cinelou), Surviving Compton (Lifetime), Dating Game Killer (Discovery ID), Beaches (Lifetime), The Greenhouse (Netflix), and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (Amazon).

 

Before starting her own company, Sharon most recently served as Vice President, Casting and Talent Development, for Cartoon Network. She oversaw live-action talent and casting for the Studio. She was responsible for identifying, casting and managing talent appearing on their scripted and alternative live-action projects.

 

Prior to working at Cartoon Network, Sharon worked for 13 years at Nickelodeon, where she served as Vice President of Talent & Casting and oversaw all live-action casting for pilots, TV movies, specials and promos. Among her many projects were several extremely popular shows including iCarly, Big Time Rush, Victorious, Zoey 101 and Drake and Josh.

 

She also was instrumental in discovering such talent as Emma Roberts, Lily Collins, Josh Peck, Miranda Cosgrove, Victoria Justice, Ariana Grande, Elizabeth Gillies, Shameik Moore and Gabriel Iglesias.
